Membership Info All membership applications are reviewed by the Friedensburg Fire Company during our regularly scheduled company meetings, which are held on the third Tuesday of each month. Applications are reviewed through the following process: Applicants will be contacted to provide a Social Security number for the purpose of completing a background check. Upon successfully passing the background check, the application is reviewed at the first company meeting. The application is then reviewed by the Board. Final approval takes place at the second company meeting. Applicants will be notified once the review process is complete. Membership Fees Active Firefighter & Social Membership: $15 application fee Junior Membership: No application fee Life Membership: $100 (Life membership may only be applied for after being a current member in good standing for at least one year.)
